Coaching Sessions
Individual sessions are designed to give you some exposure to what on-going work with us might look like. In all of our sessions and packages you are provided with tools and guidance to help you transform in to your best self.
Connection Call
This helps you envision your best self and is designed to gauge your interest in coaching and what you desire out of the experience. In addition, we establish how we would work best together if we decide to move forward with an agreement. Because this session is complimentary and provided with gratitude, it will be limited to thirty minutes. This may seem short, but in this amount of time we have the opportunity to learn a bit about each other. Schedule your call today!
Individual Session
The option allows you to focus on a specific obstacle or challenge. In the time during and after the session, you will get a taste of the work we do and the power behind it. This session could be used to formulate SMART goals in order to discover what you truly want more of out of life and what would work best for you in achieving that goal. This is a great option for those looking for a glimpse in to personal development work. However, coaching is an on-going professional relationship.

Group Enrichment
